Amigurumi Toys Make Great Gifts

  1. This adorable Adventure in the Woods set is from One and Two Company. I’ve made this one several times, starting with a set for Bubbles when she turned six. She actually ended up with an expanded set, as did the twins. They each have a second mushroom house and hedgehog grandparents, along with additional houses and families, so there could be a neighborhood of sorts. I made a larger set like that for my Mama as well, so that when her great-granchildren visit it is there for them. Easily worth the money I paid for the pattern. 2. Look at this adorable little rainbow fairy! I found this one on Ravelry, and you can get it HERE. It is a free download. The designer is Lyudmila Babenko. It looks like it is their first pattern there. Let’s support new creators!

3. This adorable hippo is part of a wonderful collection of safari animals available on the blog of designer Jess Huff. Definitely sign up for the email list there. There are some great tutorials and so many fun ideas! Get the pattern HERE.

4, The delightful unicorn is from Crochet Therapy. (Isn’t that a great name!) My little Strawberry loves unicorns, so this is a must make for this Meemaw. Love how bright and cheery this one is. You can find it HERE.

5. I am in LOVE! How fun would it be to give a book and also a little crocheted version of one of the characters? The Little Anne Shirley is perfect. And being the literary snob that I am I knew it was a good find because the designer made Frankenstein’s Monster and did not call it Frankenstein. This one IS an affiliate link, You can get it HERE
